Ophthalmologists

 

Dr. Paul R. Yoder, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Yoder graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency training at the Duke University Eye Center. Dr. Yoder joined the practice in 1975. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American college of Surgeons. Dr. Yoder specializes in cataract surgery.

Dr. Ronald E. Capstack, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Capstack graduated from the Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and ophthalmology residency training at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C. Dr. Capstack joined the practice in 1984. He is certified by the American Board of ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Capstack specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology and glaucoma management.

Dr. Kenlyn S. Miller, M.D.
Dr. Miller graduated from the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Miller joined the practice in 2001. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Miller specializes in cataract, refractive, and oculoplastic surgical procedures.

Dr. R. Andrew Seefried, M.D.
Dr. Seefried graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Seefried joined the practice in 2005. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology Dr. Seefried specializes in cataract, refractive, and pediatric surgical procedures.

 

Optometrists

 

Dr. David V. Pascarella, O.D.
Dr. Pascarella obtained his undergraduate degree in microbiology at Rutgers University. He completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Pascarella joined the practice in 1990. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and a Fellow of the Virginia Academy of Optometry. Dr. Pascarella is active in the Shenandoah Valley Optometric Association and is a long time member of the Rotary Club of Bridgewater.

Dr. Michael C. Radoiu, O.D.
Dr. Radoiu obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan. He completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at Ferris State University. Dr.Radoiu joined the practice in 2002. He is a Fellow and Diplomate of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Radoiu served from seven years on active duty in the United States Navy and is currently a Captain in the Navy Reserves.
